It’s field day again! We’ll be holding our field day at The Duck Pond instead of the park this time, to avoid hobo attacks. It’s a pot luck, so bring whatever you want for us to eat, we’ll be supplying some snacks as well. We’ll be playing Ninja, Tag, and all sots of other fun things. We’ll also be having our midterm elections for Advertiser and Secretary, so come ready to vote! No Anime this week, onacounta bein’ outside and all. We’ll also be starting a bit earlier than usual, 3-7 instead of the usual 4-8. Hope to see you there!
The Secratary:
Takes and distributes officer meeting minutes. Responsible for Sign-In sheet at Club Meetings and events. Keeps stock and order of all non-financial, non-library records of Anime Club. In charge of reserving Student Union Bldg. space and equipment, as well as administrative matters dealing with the Anime Club office and storage unit.
The Advertiser:
Designs advertising for club. Uses advertising to keeps members and affiliates appraised of Club meetings and events. Duties may include: Making and publishing events on facebook; Regular updates via Anime Club twitter; Requesting ad-space in the Daily Lobo; Printing and posting flyers around campus; Chalking; etc, etc…
