This coming Saturday is our extended club meeting, which we’ll kick off at Lower Johnson Field at 1:00pm. We’ve already got a few people volunteering to bring stuff, but we’ll need more grub if we want to feed a hungry club, hence, potluck!
Our main course will be teriyaki beef and chicken, which’ll be served up by Tommy (and partially funded by Club). I’ll be bringing some Ramune; Moxie’s offered chips; David, some Japanese food; and Devon has promised plastic cutlery… but we could really use some more food and drink–please comment if you can/will bring something, so’s that we don’t end up with too much of one item. Some things we could probably use are:
- Soda/Drinks
- Napkins/Plates
- Dip/Condiments
- Desserts
- …etc.
As far as activities go, I’ll be bringing frisbees, baseball mitts, and kickball (maybe some silly string too
). Everyone else is welcome to come with stuff too, and we’ll make due with whatever we end up with. And remember, we’ll be moving back into the SUB for regularly-scheduled club at 4:00pm, so keep excited! ‘Til then!!!

I can probably bring some plastic utensils // napkins // and maybe some chips and dip.
Just a quick Q: Are there any vegetarians or vegans attending? Let us know and maybe we can make some accommodations for you on the menu!
In addition to the curry and rice I’ll bring (I am going to add some kick just for you Devon!) a Pecan and a Coconut cream pie too. Since it is PI day!! (3/14/200XX) If anyone has any requests for what other kind of pie you desire to eat on the field, just PM me. You know how to contact me.
In terms of drinks…what is being requested? (12 packs, 2-liters, etc.)
Ducky, I’d bring 2-liters, I like twelve packs better but then you have to keep track of all those cans…
I havn’t been to club for due to some work/Street fighter 4 tournament/ Life problems, But this time i will be able to make it For a little since it is at 1 P.M. I can bring 2 Twelve packs of soda (Pepsi and Sprite are default unless something else is requested by tonight or early morning)And an Trash bag or 2 for cans and trash. I said 2 bags because if someone wants to sort out the cans and recycle them =). Anyway sorry for the long post like always.
Weather looks ok, although overcast. It’s not too cold and is not raining.
